Please Choose Your Earth Connection System Prior to Ordering All Barefoot Connections™ products come with either an Earth Tap or a Ground Rod. Please select the option that best fits your circumstances. Earth Tap Most modern homes have a functional electrical ground system which will interface with the Earth Tap.  If your home has a functional ground system, select "Earth Tap". For 110 volt alternating current outlets only. Comes with 15 feet of wire. Ground Rod If your home was built before the 1960s and has not been electrically re-wired, you should select "Ground Rod." If you are unsure, select "Ground Rod" or have an electrician check your home for the presence of a functional ground system before purchasing product. Comes with 45 feet of wire.
